PulsarCAD is a CAD and dispatch dashboard for ER:LC roleplay communities. This page explains what we collect when you use pulsarcad.xyz and the PulsarCAD Discord bot, and what we do with it.

Signing in with Discord

We use Discord's official login (OAuth2). You sign in on discord.com, and we never see or store your Discord password. We ask Discord for two permissions:

• identify: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar.
• guilds: the list of servers you're in, so we can show the ones you're allowed to manage. We only keep this list briefly in your session.

What we store

• Your Discord user ID and profile details, in your login session.
• The settings a server manager creates for their community: departments, callsigns, radio codes, penal codes and map settings.
• Your community's ER:LC server key, if you connect one. It is encrypted before it's saved and is never shown again.
• Live game data from ER:LC, such as player names, teams, callsigns, locations and 911 calls. It's used to show the live map and is kept only briefly in memory.

Cookies

We use one cookie, pcad.sid, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data is only sent to Discord and ER:LC as needed to make PulsarCAD work.

Deleting your data

A server manager can delete their community at any time under Settings, which removes all of its data. Logging out ends your session. To ask us to delete anything else, contact us.
